I love this - we recently had a fire due to charcoal sneaking out of my grill while BBQing. Coals fell through the gaps between my deck boards, and smoldered, catching full fire about an hour later. I now use this as an 'area rug' under my Weber, and it's caught several wayward coals already. Most of the 'BBQ mats' here on Amazon are too small, and made of hard material, so embers will bounce and potentially cause the same problem. This is large enough to catch embers, and has a soft enough surface to slow them down. I've left it out for a couple of months now, and doesn't seem to be having any problems.

Very well made, comes with a very good quality storage bag which you can use to hang up if you want. I recommend this product and would not hesitate to buy again.
