Using these gloves for barbecuing, but almost too nice to use. Thermal protection seems to be good and the gloves are soft and flexible.

I had this glove, it look cool as hell. This is perfectly for extreme heat like ARC welding. Bit thick hand palm, and feel light glove. They Caiman is great service. I asked them for medium size and they found it in warehouse only one left glove for medium size (lucky). They're no more make for medium size due to not many selling. Too sad to see this. Caiman is a awesome and feel alike high-end gloves.

Advantages: Not heavy glove.
