Return Policy

The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Primax Mfg. & Trading, Inc. (PMT) and/or manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the products proven to be defective provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated policy of the manufacturer. PMT and/or manufacturers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product.

Before using any Caiman® product, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

PMT reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility of warranty. PMT reserves the right to replace, repair, or offer credit if deemed qualified. Defective products must be sent, freight prepaid, with RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number by sending an email to .

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Caiman® Gloves. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept new, unused items for exchange or refund.  Product that has been worn or abused may not be returned under any circumstance. For all other products, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 days once you receive the Return Authorization Number. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.  Return shipping back to us is at customer's expense, unless we have determined product to have a manufacture defect, in which case we will issue a store credit for the amount of shipping. Return shipping for all international returns are at the expense of the customer.

 

Return Process:

Follow these steps for a prompt refund or exchange:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing Customer Service at .  Please include your invoice number in the email.  Also, please answer the following questions… 
  • What is the reason for the return?  (Defective, Incorrect product or size shipped or ordered, Other – If other, please specify reason )
  • Are you requesting a refund or exchange?  (If size exchange, please specify size requested)
  • If you ordered multiple quantities or items, which items and how many are you requesting to be returned?
  1. Securely package item(s).
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the invoice or packing list and include it in the box.
  3. Please write Return Authorization Number on outside of package as well. For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
  4. Once your return is received and verified, we will promptly take corrective action based on your request (refund or exchange).  If credit is requested, we will issue it against your original payment method for the price of the item(s).  This process can up to 15 business days of receipt of return.

Disclaimers:

Return Authorization (RA) Number Required

All products being returned must have a Return Authorization Number in order for a prompt refund (see Return Process section above). Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization Number. Original freight charges are not refundable.  Return shipping back to us is at customer's expense, unless we have determined product to have a manufacture defect, in which case we will issue a store credit for the amount of shipping. In the case of returned product lowering the order total to below the free shipping level, we will deduct the flat rate shipping cost from the refund.  Additionally, if a promotional product(s) was received, it must be returned if the order total falls below the promo price level.  If the promo item(s) is not return, we will deduct the current listed price from the refund.  We only ship replacement product to the Contiguous United States.  If return shipping is needed outside of this area, it will be at the customers expense, regardless of return issue.

 

30-Day Return Period

You must request a Return Authorization number for all other products within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Closeout Product

Due to substantial price discounts offered on closeout items, we cannot offer the normal warranty policy offered on in-stock, non-closeout, products. No returns or exchanges on closeout items are allowed.
